Chuck Goetschel has spent his career building things that matter — and helping others do the same.

He co-founded, scaled, and sold Rallio — an AI-powered social media platform and one of the first to integrate AI content publishing through a partnership with OpenAI, earning one of OpenAI's first partnership awards for surpassing 10 billion tokens. Rallio landed on the Inc. 5000, earned a spot on Entrepreneur's 360 list, and was named the top recommended social media technology for franchise brands seven years running.

Today he serves as Chief Product Officer at Ignite Visibility, leading a global engineering team building AI products that are changing the way businesses do online marketing. His AI agent hosts "AI in 10," a daily podcast breaking down the biggest AI story of the day. Chuck is also the founder of AiHammock — a learning community helping professionals adopt AI without the overwhelm.

Chuck graduated first in his class from UC Santa Barbara's College of Engineering and competed in the U.S. Olympic Trials in swimming — then built a career that bridged technology and leadership, mentoring hundreds, building communities of thousands, and sharing stages with some of the biggest names in the industry. Then at 40, he walked away. He chose to do what was right over what was easy, lost everything, and started over from scratch.

That experience became the foundation for everything he builds today. It's why he wrote "The Comeback Code." It's why he created AiHammock. And it's why when he takes the stage, people listen — not because of a résumé, but because he's lived it.

Somewhere along the way, he became an ultramarathon runner, covering 127 miles in a single 24-hour race — because when you've rebuilt your life from zero, 127 miles doesn't seem that far.

Above all, Chuck is a husband to Misty and father of four. Three are now in college — his sons competing as Division I athletes at LSU and Utah State — with one daughter still in high school. Family isn't separate from his work — it's the reason for it.
